What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to the Dap waitlist, both operated by DapApp. Using the site means you accept them. They do not cover the Dap app, which has not been released; separate terms will apply to it.

The site is informational

Everything here describes a product that is still being built. Features, timing and design shown on this page may change, and nothing on it is a commitment, an offer, or a guarantee that Dap will ship.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist records your email address so we can contact you at launch. It does not create an account, reserve a place, or entitle you to access. We may invite people in any order, or not at all, and we may close the waitlist at any time.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• submit an address you don’t control, or anyone else’s;
• scrape, probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site;
• copy the site’s design, copy or artwork for your own product.

Our content

The Dap name, the wordmark, and the text, artwork and video on this site belong to us. You may link to the site freely; you may not reuse its content without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and to the fullest extent the law allows we exclude implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
